Exceeding Limits has partnered with Extended DISC®, an assessment system providing orgnaizations with information to make better business decisions with confidence. It is an integral and important part of our coaching methodology.
Extended DISC® describes the person's natural reaction mode or behavioural style in different situations. This helps you understand your own and others' behaviour and to adjust to better suit the situation. It will help you become a more effective leader. Extended DISC® provides insights into which employee behaviours lead to success or failure. It will help you understand their motivators and their demotivators, why you might lose valuable employees – in some cases to your competitors – and how to prevent it. Individual Assessment
A comprehensive behavioural assessment report (20+ pages) that identifies your personal preference and behavioural styles. Includes a 1.5 hour session with the advisor to interpret the results and discuss the findings. This assessment is included as part of one-on-one individual coaching. Team Assessment Useful for departments whose members need to work closely together (e.g. Sales, Customer Service or Project Teams). A comprehensive team behavioural assessment report (usually 30+ pages) featuring a visual mapping of the entire team’s behavioural styles. Includes a 2 to 2.5 hour presentation and overview to your team to explain the tool, interpret the results and discuss the findings. Work Pair AnalysisUseful for two people that need to work closely together (e.g. partners, project team and even spouses!) A comprehensive analysis of their styles and suggestions on how to work better together. Includes a 1.5 hour session with the advisor to interpret the results and discuss the findings.
